Nick was awesome and more than willing to help. The things I like the most about these units is the design of the lock device. You gotta supply your own lock but it's the most secure design I've ever seen. I use a puck lock and it's a pain sometimes trying to open but I see that as a good thing. Prices are reasonable and first month was free (promotional deal, may or may not be available when you sign up). The maintenance guy is also a great help. I asked him about trailer storage locations and he took me for a cruise in the golf cart to show me exactly what spots are available. I asked him how he remembers all that and he said he gets a new list every morning. This team is on top of their game. Also, ok was in a pinch for a safe place to park my trailer for the day and they allowed me to park it out front while they kept an eye on it, without charging me. It seems as if the people running this place actually do care. I'm happy here. The only down side I can think of is the units have no lights inside which would be helpful when it's dark outside.

My truck wouldn't start my first day there. The battery somehow died while I was unloading my stuff. Staff was nice enough to loan me a pair of jumper cables and when that did not solve the problem they agreed to let me leave my truck there overnight. Ive been renting there for years, known Yolanda and her amazing customer service and i must say, since the transition, i had a few issues, but Natalia and Yolanda have made me feel better about it and i have visibly seen the improvements since Natalia started. Listed as Adams County Self Storage as well, this place is huge. Such a big lot and storages are metal containers unlike most other storage units that are built with metal sheeting. These are full on metal containers - it's somewhat intimidating, I kept thinking -FEMA camp when I was there. The rates are par and cameras are everywhere! I'm confident that my belongings are safe. 3 stars because my experience there is limited.

The staff and service were great. I was disappointed there was so much snow in front of our covered parking spot. It was very difficult to park my rear wheel drive RV in the spot with over a foot of snow a good 15 feet out in front of the spot. I certainly understand plowing or clearing the way may not be easy or even part of the service, but at least for our arrival I expected less of a challenge. I almost slid into the covered frame as my rig slid to the left when it lost traction backing in. Overall, I'm very happy with the spot and plan to come shovel the snow away tomorrow afternoon.
